Ms. Birnbaum plays a vital role in case management at Staton Silber, P.S., where she is dedicated to assisting clients through the complexities of the workers’ compensation process. Her passion for client support is evident in her thorough and compassionate approach to each case.  She is also the office manager, understanding the intricacies and challenges of boutique law firm operations.

In addition to her case management responsibilities, Ms. Birnbaum provides essential support to the firm’s extensive litigation practice. She is actively involved in proceedings before the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals and appellate courts. Her duties include coordinating discovery efforts, scheduling depositions, preparing documents, and meticulously maintaining the case calendar and deadlines.

Ms. Birnbaum’s comprehensive involvement ensures that each case is handled with the utmost precision and care, reflecting her commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.  She is immensely proud of her indispensable contribution to the successful outcomes the firm has achieved for its clients.

In her free time, Kristine juggles her days with two busy children, cultivating her garden with the prowess of a green-thumbed wizard, and indulging her quirky obsession with ancient history.
