Eleana Stevens

Ms. Stevens is a passionate advocate for injured workers, committed to securing comprehensive medical treatment coverage for all aspects of her clients’ industrial injuries or occupational diseases, obtaining monetary benefits, and negotiating favorable claim resolution settlements.  She takes the time to understand each client’s unique needs throughout the entire claims process, ensuring personalized support at every step. As a former public defender with significant trial experience, Ms. Stevens is not afraid to vigorously defend her clients’ rights.  Her passion for trial advocacy enables her to effectively present a client’s story at both the Department of Labor and Industries and Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals levels. Personal Background

Eleana loves indoor gardening and snuggling with her rescue pug, Vincent.  In warmer weather, she enjoys roller skating and trips to the beach.

As an avid traveler, Eleana frequently takes weekend trips to California to visit her husband in dental school.  Some of Eleana’s favorite destinations include San Diego, Positano, Mallorca, and New York City.
