Robert Silber is the esteemed co-founder of Staton Silber, P.S. With over 20 years of experience in the field of workers’ compensation, he has spent the last decade, alongside his law partner, Natasha Staton, dedicated to serving clients at the administrative level and in litigation before the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals and appellate courts. Mr. Silber and his team are committed to treating each client with dignity, providing individualized attention, and always prioritizing their best interests. His compassionate approach involves spending considerable time with clients to understand their unique stories, recognizing that every injured worker has a significant and personal background that must be fully appreciated to achieve the optimum outcome.
Mr. Silber is a member in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) and the Washington State Association for Justice (WSAJ). Within WSAJ, he has notably served as the Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Section, demonstrating his leadership and expertise in the field. Additionally, Mr. Silber actively participates in several WSAJ committees that regularly meet with the Department of Labor and Industries to address and resolve issues impacting injured workers and their claims. His volunteering on these committees underscores his commitment to advocacy and continuous improvement in the realm of workers’ compensation law.

Personal Background
Robert spent seven memorable years living in Hungary, where he met his wife Nelly. They have been married for 26 years. Now, they reside in Lake Forest Park with their golden retriever Echo, while their two children, Ben and Emma, have flown the nest.
A lover of the great outdoors, Robert is always up for an adventure in nature. He also enjoys whipping up culinary delights in the kitchen and actively participates in community-based organizations in a valiant effort to create a better and safer environment for everyone.
